Reservation Guidelines

Reservations are highly recommended to secure a table.

Tables will be held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited reservations.

For groups of 15 pax and above, a minimum spend may apply. Please contact us for details.

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes.

Walk-ins are welcome but subject to table availability.

All reservations are subject to a 2-hour dining period to accommodate all guests.

If you wish to extend your dining time, please check with our staff. Extensions are subject to availability.

True Cost operates on an à la carte basis. We do not offer set meals or takeaway services.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant.
Cover Charge Policy
At True Cost Restaurant in Singapore, we offer high-quality dishes at transparent, near-actual cost pricing. To maintain this unique dining experience, a cover charge applies upon entry.
Entrance Fees:

Lunch (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM): SGD 5 per person

Dinner (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM): SGD 10 per person

Children (5 – 12 years old): SGD 5 per child

Children under 5 years old: Free entry
Complimentary Entry Dining Periods:

Monday – Friday (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM): No cover charge applies.

For guests who wish to dine beyond 5:00 PM, the regular cover charge will apply.
